Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Please note that products are shipped directly from our suppliers and may ship from different locations.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 10-21 business days
- Express Shipping: 7-14 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping We ship to customers in the United States and internationally. Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices
- Customs processing may add additional time to delivery
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions We currently cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain products. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
